✅ Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

How to Cancel:

• Email us at vardan@divygold.com with your order number and a cancellation request.

• If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

❌ Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange under our Return & Exchange Policy.

⚠️ Exceptions

• Prepaid orders cancelled after 12 hours but before shipping may incur a 3% payment gateway fee deduction during the refund.

• Custom-made or modified items are not eligible for cancellation once the order is confirmed.

📦 Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without prior cancellation:

• Shipping and handling charges will be deducted from the refund.

• Repeated refusals or COD order rejections may lead to account suspension.

🧾 Order Modifications

• Modifications (like address changes or product switches) can be requested within 6 hours of placing the order, subject to availability.

• Once the order is processed or shipped, modifications are no longer possible..

💼 Bulk/Wholesale Orders

• Bulk or customized orders (5 items or more) cannot be cancelled after 12 hours, due to production and handling costs.

🧾 Automated Cancellations

Divy Gold reserves the right to automatically cancel your order in the following cases:

• Payment is not completed for prepaid orders within the valid time window.

• Address or contact details are invalid or unreachable.

• Suspected fraudulent activity.

🕒 Refund Timeline

Refunds for eligible cancellations are usually processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
