We accept return or exchange only under the following circumstances:

• The product has visible manufacturing flaws upon delivery

📦 Return Terms

To be eligible for return:

• Raise your return request within 12 hours of delivery

• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

• All tags, pouches, and protective seals must be intact

• You must provide receipt or proof of purchase

• Photo or video proof of the issue must be submitted

Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

🔁 Exchange Policy – Flat 40% Credit Offer

We offer an special exchange option at 40% of the product value (excluding GST and shipping), provided:

• The product is not damaged or broken

• Only if Polish of jewellery

• You purchased the item 1 YEAR by Divy Gold only

• Original packaging and proof of purchase is available with original packaging with all items in it.

How it works:

If you originally paid ₹1,000 for an item (before tax and shipping), you’ll receive a ₹400 exchange credit. This can be applied toward a new purchase from Divy Gold.

🔁 This exchange offer is valid only once per order and is non-refundable in cash.
The customer bears return shipping charges unless a product is defective.

❌ Non-Eligible Products

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Items damaged due to mishandling, perfumes, or water

• Products with tags or seals removed

• Personalized or custom-sized jewelry

• Items from Final Sale, Clearance, or Promotional offers

• “1 gram gold” style jewelry that is not defective or is returned for personal reasons (e.g., color preference)

• Requests made after 12 hours for returns or 1 YEAR for exchanges.

💸 Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are offered only under limited cases such as:

• Duplicate or erroneous payments

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about your refund status:

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

• If rejected, we will inform you of the reason

No Refunds in Cash at any cost only you exchange by re purchase the jewellery items.
